Robert came on the scene for my family, after we had numerous problems with mistakes from a previous job with a different contractor. He did this within the budget we had set for the job, and within the time frame that we needed the job to be done in. This alone in today's world is noteworthy, but what is more impressive is the lengths Robert went to to satisfy some very particular needs which we had, and to go to great lengths to ensure our happiness and satisfaction with the job. He was creative in his ideas to get our needs met, gave us good advice to help save us money where we could, and created a finished product that exceeded all of our expectations.

Robert is extremely diligent, approaches the work with painstaking accuracy, and comes up with solutions which most other contractors do not have the experience to think of. He directed us to suppliers who were also honest and fair priced, all of whom had great respect for Robert, with good reason. He is trained in "old school" methods and approach, and this shows in how he does the work, and the finished product. He was extremely patient with us as we took our time making choices, listening to and answering many questions, in order to really meet our needs.
